These guys are a joke! I bought some CD's from FYE a couple years ago, and they suckered me into the magazine subscription game. I have recently purchased a 2 pack of tommee tippee dummys with animal print on for 6 to 18 month old babies. I would like to complain about this product as my 10 month old son nearly choked on it. As you can see from the front page of their website, iPage claim that for $3.50 a month you have hosting with unlimited Disk Space, Bandwidth and Email. They do not state however that it is subject to terms and conditions. The terms and conditions state that unlimited actually means that they can define unlimited to be whatever they want. We're a trucking company and knowing Lowes reputation for unloading trucks, my driver called to let Lake of the Ozark, Mo know he was on his way and they told him they receive until 10:00pm. He arrived at 4:10pm. They told him they quit unloading at 4:00pm and refused to unload him. They would unload at 7:00am. Try 8:30am. He had 1 skid to unload. Took all of 3 minutes. Being stuck in heathrow airport lift for an hour, we telephoned them 6 times and they knew how nervous i was, they explained that they had sent the engineers to the wrong lift, they asked us at the beginning which floor we were on, we replied that we didnt know as all it said on the lift was out of service, we heard nothing else from them apart from when we telephoned them. There was no communication no paramedics there and all we had was a bottle of water from airport staff. Bottom line: AT&T (Bellsouth) "determined" that the line interference came from inside my house and charged me $90 without prior notification. At least, they could have fixed the problem or could have waived the fee because I was loyal customer of theirs for +/- 10 years. I had bought a $3, 600 King Size Serta Mattress from Sleepys two years ago. The Mattress warrantee is supposed to be for 10 years as you would expect with an expensive mattress like that. However after less than one year the mattress started to sag towards the edge making it almost impossible not to roll out of bed unless you constantly woke up and re-adjust your sleeping position. Purchased a Motorola W376g phone, which has a camera. After taking several pictures, I found I could not download these pictures. Went to Wal-Mart where I purchased the phone and was told they did not carry the USB cord I needed. Went to Best Buy and spent $29. to purchase USB cord and software. Downloaded softeware and found that it does not support this phone. This company is very unprofessional. Do not waste your time with these jokers. The ladies in the office obviously spend too much time in a chair and have become amazingly lazi. THIS IS SUCH BS!!! I bought tickets to the ST.PETE Grand Prix knowing even if it rained this is a race that races in the rain. They canceled the race...not even trying to dry the track.
