This store will not allow you to return a garmet, in perfect conditon with tags still on it and a receipt as well. Hi. I was with NECC Telecom for long distance and international phone calls and everything was fine. One day I received a telemarketing phone call from Modaphone. They offered me a little bit better rates to call Bosnia. I signed up with Modaphone and I cancelled NECC Telecom, but this was a terrible mistake. The rate to call Europe is 1 cent cheaper per minute, but the connection is extremely bad. Sometimes I have no connection for days and my mom back in Europe is old and she misses me. We had Mr Water Heater with home office in North Versailles, PA install a water heater for us and the inspector told me that we didnt need any of the extra stuff that the plumber told me we had to be installed. They charged me another 700 on top of the cost of installing the water heater and it had to bwe done or he could not finish the installation. The city said they do that all the time to the old.
