I have a roto tiller that needs repaired. I have taken it to 2 centers and been told they cannot repair items anymore, we would have to take it 65 miles away to get it done. I have repeatedly received calls (daily) on my cell phone tellling me to call a number. No business name is given...just a generic name Richard Silver...which when you google it turns out to very common. Thus no information can be garnered about who is calling about what before you call back. While the easiest thing would be to ignore it, after daily harassment with these calls it is impossible. Finally, after following the instructions and dialing "1" when they called, the person who answered was seeking someone (not me) who I had never heard of. This is not a Complaint this is praise for a job well done. I would never use another moving company. They gave me a flatrate and stuck by it. I had extra boxes and they never charged me for them. they did not break anything or damange anything they are a great company. I got 8 weeks free storage when I only asked for 4. In February of 2010, I registered to use this company for the 3 day trial period for $.65/day ($1.95 total). Almost immediately, my card was charged for $41.49. I never logged in to use the service and have requested a refund multiple times. They have responded several times by saying I will receive my refund within 10, 5, or 3 days. I called Bill and Rods Appliance Repair in Livonia, they are about 4 miles from my home. I described the problem, they said it was probably the thermal fuse. They came the same day, with the fuse. I found it for sale on the internet for prices between $4-$10. I had the dryer in the middle of the room so they didn't have to move anything or unhook anything. I have used Auctionarms on several perevious occasions. I was recenltly high bidder on an 1881 pattern US Army dress helmet which I paid for using Gunpal, which I had just signed up for. When the item wa snot recieved I contacted the seller who state the item had been sent to an address supplied by Auctionarms, notmy address. The empty box was subsequently returned without the $160 item. Auctionarms refuses to return my calls but did send an email telling me current addresses are my responsibility. My friend went to buy an RV. Gave a 1000$ deposit. The financing didn't go through. The deal was off, the sale cancelled. I want everyone aware of this agency. It is not licenced, it is a place that preys among innocent parents and children. They scammed me out of $850. Over the last few months our General Manager Kyle Kinnard has been involved in Romantic affairs with associates (hourly and members of management -not limited to sams club 4969) . I feel I am being ripped of by my Telus wireless USB internet stick at $95 per month for only 5 GB data compared to Telus ADSL 100 GB data for half the cost. Telus won't bring ADSL here they said. Sausalito Moving and storage was hired to move my household to Southern California and put everything in storage. When I got everything out of storage all my furniture was broken. All boxes were crushed. Fragile boxes were on the bottom of heavy boxes.
