Since the sender (UPS Store) put the insurance in their name instead of mine, they get the insurance payoff. I paid these clowns $4500 but realized after 2 brief sessions that this program was not for me and was no good. Of course, they refused to refund my money, as they claim you only have 10 days to opt out. When I talked to their president, he said I could pass the program on to relatives or friends, neither of which I wanted to do because I realized it was a scam. My numerous emails have been kicked back with automatic "thank you, we will reply you shortly" for a month by now, and on the website they promise to ship within 24 hours. Back in November of 2009, I ordered custom bed linens from this vendor (Montague and Capulet) at the Christmas Company in Orange County, CA (Montague and Capulet is based out of Los Angeles). I was told my order would arrive within 3 weeks. My check in the amount of $280 was cashed within 2 weeks of my order and I still have never received the bedding. I have called the company approximately 10 different times and left messages. I received one phonecall back about 6 weeks ago and was told my order would go out that week. On Sept 8, 2005 I purchased a knee brace for $1875 from Mr. Kamille Ramsundar of the Canadian Institute of Orthopaedics Inc. On September 15, 2005 the order was duplicated for the amount of $1890. We continued to support him last year as he tried to raise capital, providing input and other support. Never use performance hosting! This hosting service is a scam. They asked me to reduce the size of my account when I had not even used half of the space I paid for. They also claim to have thier own servers but actually are just using godaddy! They have one guy there named robert who is a complete moron! He couldnt operate a playstation never the less a server. They sell large accounts not really expecting you to use it and when you do you will have to deal with moving your site. I have two 1-800 numbers in my cell phone, one dated march 19 and one dated march 22nd. No other 800 numbers since then. One of those numbers was theirs. I recently purchased a Royal Blue Brine lacrosse head through a vendor. The head broke due to an air bubble in the cast, a typical manufacture defect. Cozy Winters by email and was called told to check with the manufacturer which had very good warrantee service and I did. After three attempts with the manufacturer to get a satisfactory product I gave up and called Cozy Winters to ask for a refund since the manufacturer told me I would have to get a refund from them. I was told my 30 day return period had expired and since I had used warrantee “service” I was not eligible for a refund. I booked a Return Bus Ticket for me with Greyhound from Port Elizabeth to Welkom. An hour and a half into the bus ride the bus broke down and a mechanic could not fix the problem, as the emergency brakes broke. After 3 hours they managed to arrange 3 mini busses to take us to Bloenfontein where another Greyhound bus will be awaiting our arrival. The mini bus was very uncomfortable. Installed water filtering equipment but didn't give me any brochures or directions on the equipment.
