My account manager will never return my emails or calls when I said the logo design were not satisfactory, the customer service center is never responded to my emails, and the phone number does not work! I ordered some cabinet pulls from this company. The merchandise arrived at my house 5 weeks after I ordered. When it arrived one of the 6 pulls was broken and the others didn't quite fit. When I decided to return them I was told there was a 40% restocking fee. When this company made a mistake with a custom order, they refused to make it right and threatened to sue me if I didn't have the products installed as is. I even had the original sketches made by their sales rep showing that they had not delivered what I ordered. As well, the installer damaged the ceiling bringing in material and no offer was made to do anything about it. The president told me he could not be held responsible for an error made by an employee. I've complained about the Kroger security proceedures to anyone I could think of, but nothing had happened. My experience: I went to BigBazaar hebbal today (06May2010). After little shoping in the ground floor I steped into lift to go to 2nd floor to continue my shoping. ACN is the biggest rip off going. My husband and I got roped into joining from a meeting. The sales pitch is wonderful... but the representatives giving the sales meeting is only rich from the 499 the collected from the poor innocent people at the meeting! Then they make you join telephone, cellphone, television and alarm companies with 2 year contracts (200.00 early terminations for all of them) the service is horrible and you cant cancel because it will cost over 1, 000 in cancellation fees... There are (2) NCIC's in Longview, TX. The good one is on Tyler. The other one...ripoff! I used a payphone at the Flying J truck stop with my debit card. (Big mistake) I saw two $30 charges the next day! I have a bill for almost $10, 000 and two months later the installation is not completed! They had to cut a piece on sight that did not fit like it should. It chipped and cracked. Instead of replacing it they tried to putty it. This piece became dislodged within two weeks. When the same installers came back and reset it it broke in two places and I can't even get a phone call. I had a new engine installed at Turnpike 6 months ago. A week later, a part that contected to the motor was broke (they failed to tell us that). A month ago 2 injectors went bad and they swore they fixed the problem. If you use a debit Visa/Mastercard to purchase items online, they double-charge you and treat you rudely when you ask them why that is.
