Peoplefinder owned by Digimedia!! This is were you complain! http://www.digimedia.com/contact/Customer service said they would rather have ME give them a bad reputation then to REFUND me $4.95!! I was amazed!! So her it goes. I did a reverse phone number search and only came up w/ the city the number was from. So I click on Peoplefinder.com because they said they could get me an adress and a name.. NO SUCH LUCK! so I called customer care..and She (Megan x 5103) said she would not do anyting, sorry. I was beside myself. So I did some digging and Digimedia is the owner of Peoplefinder.com her is the website!! http://www.digimedia.com/contact/

I bought what a thought was a 1 time search for a 1/2 price cost of $0.95. What I didn't see on the website was that in order to get the 1/2 price (reg price $1.95) one time search I had signed up for a 7 day trial membership at $24.95 PER MONTH! Since I didn't cancel my membership within the 7 days (because I didn't realize that I had signed up for the trial membership) I was charged the NON-REFUNDABLE monthly fee. I emailed and called and they refused to refund the $24.95.

To add insult to injury, the $0.95 one-time search gave me information provided an old address for the person that was more than 2 years old. This is a RIP-OFF.
