This is the biggest ripoff company I have come across.

Sinosurge's products do not work. They have a catalogue but some items on the catalogue are no longer manufacrured, etc.

I get the idea that they buy up other peoples units that did not work and could not be sold and the seel them.

In my case, even after agreeing they will give me a new (different) product (I had to pay the courier costs)they still sent a faulty unit to me. What I wanted to buy has now cost me maybe 3 times more than if I bought it locally...and I did advise them that if the products work, are of a suitable quality that I will look at reselling ir - i.e. more business for them in the future!

Emails do not get answered.

This saga has been going on more than 6 months!
