Send some money to them for an assited purchase that they could not complete. The surprise was when I've tried to get the money back... I could not get an instant refund. I received my AT&T phone bill and noticed an $8.23 charge on my bill. This is the second time it has appeared and the fee was removed both times. For future references, AT&T offers a "third party" block for internet services.
