I have been a snowplower for 20 years. Obviously with the economy the way it is, people like landscapers/snowplowers get laid off and need help providing for their families over the holidays. I have bought 8 of these automactic spray refills and they are garbage. U can not even smell them. I wish I would have spent the extra money and bought air wick like I always had in the past!!! I bought a Kodak printer March 2008. I have had nothing but problems from the start. Power button doesn't turn the printer on with one push. Have to keep pushing and pray that it turns on. The ink had also been a problem. Can put in a brand new cartridge and it prints as if its running out of ink. I swear that I've replaced cartridges that still have plenty of ink. Caller asked for the name of our receptionist and mailed a box of pens to our office. The invoices stated 216 pens at a price of $0.69 each times two boxes for a total invoice of $318.95. Got a call from "Robert" seeking to collect payment. Told him that we sent the unopened box back Global Express. He breaded me on the phone telling me he was going to send me to collections. I signed up for a DSL service from AT & T since they were offering a 100 dollar rebate. I clicked it on the offer link and took me to a sign-up page. I read the disclaimer again and finally signed up. One month later, my account number is not in the system when I was filling a rebate form. I was sent a defective diaper only to be told I had to pay for the shipping costs to have the diaper sent back. I also requested the diaper to be refunded to my card and they declined the offer even though their website clearly says that they accept new returns and will give a refund to your card if you wanted to place another order ahead. I placed another order, but they won't give refund (only store credit). After spending several emails trying to figure out what would be best. I decided not to deal with them again. I tried contacting 3ZOOM who provided information to contact NCSOFT to fix them. Poorly done and over priced work. These guys are about 10 years behind on everything. I was told that I had to work with them for the images they provide (not true). My mom signed a contract with these characters the week of june 26, 2010, probably around 6/23 to 6/25/10. The only thing that was mentioned at the time that was of primary concern were treating for hornets, spiders and initially cleaning the eaves of the house (hornets nests and cobwebs), and eventually rodent control. My issue is with Smith and Williamson and item (2) Sequelogic Ltd. I was pursuing a claim for compensation against said company when Smith and Williamson were appointed. Paperwork regarding the claim was passed to outside bodies and suppressed in addition to incorrect notices being placed. Despite the Insolvency Act, Theft Act and Data Protection Act, the ICAEW elected to take no action upon complaint. Don't be taken in by Home Warranty Protection. These companies take your money, but if you submit a claim, they will look for every loophole in the contract not to pay the claim. Instead of paying for a worthless warranty, put the money you would pay for it aside every year and should you need a repair you will have the money to pay a legitimate contractor to fix it instead of paying a rip-off home warranty company. read full review »
