Late last year my dad received an SMS on his pre-paid Vodacom cell phone offering him R30 free airtime if he replied 'YES'. They reply to emails fast, and even open up accounts with alternative payment processors if you are not feeling safe about Pay Pal or Western Union (they opened one at AlertPay as that is what I use). Well I am thoroughly pisses off. I acquired my WildBlue ISP thru Dishnet. It seems that the $199.00 that was supposed to be a refundable deposit for the equipment, now mysteriously 31 months later has turned into a one time lease fee which is now non-refundable. This company tried to take money out of Wells Fargo account back in 2008. I caught and stopped it. They were sending past due but I called them to tell them I canceled it. Now just recently my Finger Hut account was getting billed for it. I paid no attention to the bills because I knew my balance and had auto pay. I open up this last bill and found out the have been charging my FingerHut account withourt my permission. We are using airtel prepaid service for my mobile in chennai. I have paid 1 year payment for caller tune. After 6 months, i found out that there was a big advertisement was playing before my caller tune and no one is able to hear my caller tune. Hence i called airtel customer service and asked them to stop playing the advertisement before my caller tune but they have the complete caller tune. I purchased the Gambler King size cigarette making machine in early Nov., 2010. I was told to hang on to the receipt in case it breaks or I have any trouble. Carpet & upholstery cleaning I called the same company, that we dealt with last year & booked an appointment. They sent Action ChemDry instead to do the job. I have been renting from this location for a while now... at my last address kids I would say would break into the boxes and you would go to check your mail and it would be all over the ground.
