While attending the warehouse sale for this distributor, I was denied exit through what was clearly an exit. Whilst staff informed me I could not leave that way, I could see no reason not to. They informed me I had to go to the front of the building and walk outside all the way back. The door was clearly an entrance. Staff physically blocked the door denying me that way out for no reason. I have 900 minutes on a plan that I pay for I now have accrued 2945 minutes and I lost 499. minutes from 12 months ago which I paid for.
