This company put in a Polris pump using a wrong sized pipe to fit it into the system. They attempted to fix the pump, but the seal in the pump had already been broken causing a massive leak. They had promised a warranty on parts and labor, but once they found out that they had made this mistake they stopped returning calls and hang up on me when I call their business. A complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau, but they lied and wrote back to the BBB saying that the problem had been resolved and that I was happy with the outcome. I purchased an A.R.E. brand truck cap on September 18 2010 and had it installed on my Tacoma pickup truck. The cap cost over $1500 installed. This is the worst painting company ever. I work as a facilities manager for a major production company in Baltimore and really do not have the time to write complaints, but Brushworks Painting did such a horrible job and was so completely overpriced I had to do something. I had an experience with Joanne Pollard whereby she was exceptionally rude and obnoxious to me on the phone. She answered the phone in a very abrupt manner and when I began asking her questions about a job she was advertising online she became extremely rude.
