On June 15, I requested repair services from William Henderson Plumbing for my Carrier Heat Pump. The unit was not functioning, no air conditioning. After diagnosis, it was determined that two (2) parts (Hard Start Kit w/Relay) were required to fix the unit. Stopped to fuel up a Chevy Diesel pickup. Grabbed green nozzel which are always diesel at other gas stations and put gas in a diesel pickup. Feeling incredible stupid I just couldn't believe what I had done, there was a mechanic at this location that has said he has told BP to change the color of the handles, put up a sign. He ciphers at least 5 diesel vehicles a week because of this issue. BP doesn't care because they get to charge you for gas, then diesel to refuel and a mechanic fee. Let me summarize and then give you the story. Basically the owner of Pawn Etc overcharged me $43.50 when I redeemed my pawn. It was the 6th day of the 10 day grace period after 30 days in pawn.
