They advertised the worlds smallest oxygen concentrator with an extra battery pack with belt ( $599.000) included for just under $4000.00. I have purcahsed National Rodeo Ticket from Desert Tickets (2) different times. The first time, me seats were at the very top of the row for the event. I thought this was just bad luck. Mircosoft domain server (Internet) Has been having a problem. First you can't connect to the server till you wait for two hours then it connects. Then after about 1/2 hour you lose the connectio. Then about an hour later it connects and all is ok . Till the next day when it starts all over again. We hired Bailey’s Moving & Storage at 400 North 700 West in North Salt Lake City, UT. 84054 to move us out of state. Any person out there wanting to do business with any company owned by Kurt should be cautious. Especially if you utilize him for any heating/cooling type work. It never matchs the upc internet speed test which does not measure the real speed. videos and youtube is choppy when watched. This guy is the worst service I have ever hired. I asked him to slope my driveway away from my garage at least one inch. He refused by saying he could not go any lower. Well, now when it rains, the water runs into my garage. His method of leveling the concrete was to uswe pegs and that gave me a six foot puddle of water right in front of the garage. I live on a hill and asked him to remove more dirt to make my driveway bigger and he refused. I wish I had fired him on the spot. I strongly urge anyone considering moving to avoid Velocity at all costs. They are a bit better priced than other companies, but it is not worth the hassle of dealing with them. From the minute they pick up your belongings they have no interest in helping you. When they finally do decide to deliver your belongings, they try to get more money out of you with made up expenses and costs. We did not receive all of our belongings and have been told that they are lost. They also damage your items without caring at all. The Easy Spirit store is Roosevelt Field Mall has really gone downhill. The shoes on display were not the least bit stylish. They were all so frumpy, like what you would see in an outlet store. And the sizes were all wrong. I used to fit into their size five shoes perfectly. Today they were too big. My mother tried on 2 size seven shoes - one was too small and the other too big. Business is run out of a personal residence in an unsafe neighborhood in South Yonkers. The equipment used is ill maintained, the owner/manager sneaky and dishonest, - I was billed for 5 days of storage when I only had access to it for two of those days, and the storage "facility" is an insecure and unsupervised vacant lot in a area of South Yonkers I would not travel in at night. The 1 person in the customer care department is only available from 10 until 4 Monday through Friday and during those hours she doesn't answer the phone - EVER! This is a scam. I paid the 25 dollars for an unlock code, downloaded and installed the software and when I tried to unlock my phone, it said I had insufficient credits. Service is supposed to verify the phone number entered on the order submitted by the user to prevent fraud. Even though numbers are valid they don't ring through because this company uses Vonage for their phone service which intermittently will get a false busy signal. Awful service, although my credit card was accepted by the system, they stopped the order with no prior notice. I contacted them and they asked me to photocopy of a recent bill of my visa and a photocopy of my visa card. Although that was a big SECURITY RISK for me I did so.
