Worst Service - Beware of this company
I purchased two shared web hosting from this company. I started having problems from the day I purchased the servers. I came to know that they do not provide phone support. They provide a number but when you call no one will answer or get back to you. I left messages and not even a single response. I raised several tickets and they dont seem to fix my issue. My issue was simple i.e. to reset my control panel user name and password. I got to raise tickets multiple times even to get them understand my simple issue. After two days they finally reset my control panel. But when I logged in I found that none of my files were there. All the database and files I created were missing. They couldnt figure out my issue so they wiped my database and files and gave me a new account. I again raised one more ticket and they said there is a issue on their servers and technicians are working on it. Every time I ask the chat support, they gave me the same answer. I waited for more than 4 hours and I finally gave up. I decided to purchase a hosting from a different company. Do not ever deal with this company if you are looking for reliable service. You need to wait 3 hours to get a simple response and most of the time they will ask the same question over and over. Go with somoneone who can provide phone support and not through ticketing system. All the ratings I see online are Fake. Some affiliate is rating these hosting companies for money and to get paid if you click on the hosting company website through those rating sites. I will never do business with Mocha Host again.
