Fonality service is absolutely terribile. We routinely have dropped calls, bad call quality, and other call issues. We have logged dozens of support requests but have had no resolution. Additionally, their call server goes down all the time. At least once a week, the fonality server on their end crashes and is unavailable for hours at a time. This company is not focused on customer service at all. The service rep had no personality, and had to come back to service our air conditioner three times before we had any cool air. I believe that it is extortion if you have to pay for websites you were coerced to agree to and then cannot cancel when the promise to make money does not happen. However, once most of the space was sold out in early 2010, the site was closed down within months. I am trying to get a hold of someone regarding a still valid warranty. Noone will answer the phone or return email, even though it is within their business hours. I was hired (FT) in Mens' suits and shoes (commissioned area) in May of 2010. Upon being hired I was informed that the sales position would pay hourly plus commission. Well after a few weeks of not being paid commission I confronted the store manager who told me some bs about being $500 in deficit. I immediately checked my associate statement which reflected I was only $10.80 in deficit. Well, i called corporate and went thru all the prospective channels to no avail. We had a party for our daughters 7th birthday at this place. When we visited beforehand, everyone was extremely nice. They offered us a 20$ discount on the services. They subsequently offered us two free pizza's. On the day of the party, neither discount was given. People their said that the manager needs to approve these. Its now been 3 weeks with multiple phone calls. The manager has never called us. In fact the staff told us that they will not be picking up our phones anymore since they have caller ID so not to call back. They mislead you into thinking you are buying a stretched canvas print and yet all you receiev is the print and 4 loos pieces of wood which you are expected to somehow put together yourself! I paid for 1 year premium service from wix.com back in June. I recently changed the style of my website and wanted to cancel the existing site and transfer the rest over to the new website.
