This is my perosnoal experience. If you are a freelancer then you should be beware of [email protected] or Avijit Jana. He made me work for 3 months and cheated by paying me not even a single dollar. He would offer you extremely high rates. Dont fall on this unless you are awarded a poject in freelancer.com or any other websites. Once you work for him then you cannolt expect a single replay for your mails from him. So BEWARE of this photo and emails from him if you are a freelancer. This is not a spam . I ordered a calender with my family photos on it and pictures of my husband in his military uniform. My package arrived from shutterfly and instead of it containing my calender, it had a strangers family photos in it!! They had mixed up my order with someone elses!!!

they advertise on tv, the one second needle, for $10.00and the second pkg free if i paid $5.99 for shipping and handaling.when the pkg arrived they had charged my credit card $42.21 and it was confirmed on the invoice they sent me. not only that but they sent to my son ronald and he does not live with me.i am very upset, because i live on a fix income, i am 78 years old and going blind i orderd those needle to repair my clothes.i am sending back the pkg, hoping to recover my $42.21 read full review »

I did NOT enjoy my "photography" session with Marie Reindl. She claims that she's been taking photos for YEARS which is hard to believe given the photographs i received and the way she was "directing" me. She informed me she was "self taught" which was VERY apparent in my photos and she still has a lot to learn. Maybe she should spend some of the money she's practically "stealing" from clients and go take a few classes. Comcast sells consumers promotional services that they call "bundles" or packages" to convince you to buy cable tv + internet + phone service. After the promotional time is done, they convert your services to the highest unbundled prices, which means they charge you for each service individually at their highest price, which amounts to double what you were sold. First, the movers were careless. Boxes that were clearly marked 'fragile' and 'this side up' were recklessly handled. I saw one mover trying to force a box - marked as above - into a gap. He had turned it on its side and was applying force to it to try squeeze it in. Needless to say, a fair amount of our crockery and a number of our glasses were broken. Our tv was damaged..

in short, i found a worm in the filter of my cigarette. I phone British American Tobacco and told them what i had found. So basically they send a courier to deliver one box of cigarettes and mind you not with a rep to personally apologize but a COURIER COMPANY. Now I just ordered a handbag, paid for 1 pm overnight delivery $30.00 and when I called the 888-262-6224, they tell me that I will not get this the next day. I ask why, they said because ur order was not placed here at 1pm. I told her yes, I did. I even called the store to confirm.

I had the unfortunate experience to deal with Philip du Plessis from DIAL A WORD.
I signed a debit order and faxed by bank details on their request, never again hearing from them and not recieving goods and services as promised. After MULTIPLE phome calls and mail I gave up and paid for the contract period. Then proceded to cancel after 12 months. They STILL debit my account up to date after numerous confirmations that it was cancelled

Well, it all started when I went out to have a nice dinner with my family and dear friends. The appetizer came out and I thought that the dinner was going to be a pretty good experience. But then we finished our appetizer and the waiter didn't come back for another 20 minutes. Then when he finally passed by our table he didn't even see what we wanted for our main entrée. The service was terrible and I was very upset from that point on. Even though the service was very bad you should still go back because the food was astounding even though the service was bad. read full review »

I ordered a Tom Yum Vegetable mini soup without noodels this lunchtime in Scotia Plaza location. The Price list says $2.68 before tax while the receipt i got says $2.98 before tax. When I asked why, the cashier with a wrapper on her head first explained that this price included the tax but i said you see you charged me $0.15 Gst extra. The salesman came to my house and in front of two witnesses assured me that the tub he was selling me was two inches wider inside and the same outside compared to my present tub. I should have checked beforehand that they do not appear to be registered in UK.
Cannot get to contact them as they send NO REPLY emails.
There is a phone number at the bottom of their form which looks like US number and would probably get nowhere but wasting more money on the call.
I was supposed to get help on avoiding to pay for parking ticket but got nothing.

My 17 year old daughter was shopping at Deerbrook Mall at Claire’s Boutique when she was physically stopped outside the store by an unidentified employee of UF Security (contracted by Claire’s) and was falsely accused of shoplifting. I need to know my password since what I have on file isn't correct. They have yet to reply and it has been over a month. I sent a complaint regarding a car accident I had over a month ago, involving and caused by a Courierit vehicle. They responsed to my 1st report and said they would get back to me ASAP. A month later and I am still waiting. I now have to pay R3546 excess on my car, over and above the thousands of rands i have spent because of the accident in medical bills, physio treatment, renting a vehicle! THAT WAS NOT MY FAULT! I have been in contact with Amphey, she explained thouroghly that i should contact their lawyers as the account is no longer theirs. Four weeks ago, this environmental company was supposed to fetch my refuse bin on a thursday which they failed to do. They arrived a day late by which stage the bin had been stolen. The drivers of the refuse truck the next day said that Veolia is responsibile for the replacement of the bin and that this must be discussed with management.
Four weeks of phoning and asking for someone to clarify the above issue has yet to result in a single phone call. Not one. Every time I call, grovelling promises to return my call etc but nothing.
