	ROCKYS STORE April 29, 2011 THEY RIPPED ME OFF FO R $31.25 I ORDERED SOME LED FLASH LIGHTS THEY SHORTED ME 1 CASE AND GAVE ME A CREDIT I WENT TO PLACE ANOTHER ORDER THEY ARE GONE THEY STILL OWE ME $31.25 NOT MUCH MONEY BUT IF THEY WOULD RIP OFF THAT AMOUNT YOU KNOW THEY WOULD STEAL A LARGE AMOUNT . BESIDES PISS POOR SERVICE
	ncbusiness March 23, 2011 non-delivery of purchase DO NOT ORDER from this company. It has been almost a month and I have no order. They have $400 of my money and will not return phone calls, email or customer service messages. They do not answer the phone either. The online customer service support is now offline too! I think they are going bankrupt and stringing customers along.
	brepa January 16, 2011 Non refund of money On 12/6/10 I placed an order with Rhinomart hoping to receive it in a timely manner. However, after waiting several days, I noticed my "shopping cart" had an item deleted due to being out of stock. In the meantime, my order had not been shipped. I cancelled the order, or so I thought. My account had been debited the day I placed the original order in the amount of $159 and some change. Since that time I have repeatedly contacted them and received one reply stating they would refund the money. They have not and since then have not replied to other requests. I have notified my bank and they are now involved. They too, seem to be having a lack of success in contacting Rhinomart.
