I purchased a very expensive vacuum from Miele in 2003 for close to $1200. expecting to have a dependable and relaible vacuum. I am a Private Investigator who uses GPS trackers on cases. I purchased one of the most expensive units just to find out they will not service their units. Their web page advertises that they have immediate service replys. I have had to e-mail this company many time just to get a reply.
