On February 9th 2010 I upgraded my cell phone contract and according to the Summer Mobile consultant, the new handsets would be delivered to me in a max of 10 working days and someone would call me 24 hours before delivery. Hi, I have purchased a template called PG Auto Pro from Pilot Group two months ago. Since the purchase of this template and i am facing major issues with it. The template is so heavy and contains so many un-necessary pages and some of these pages don't even work properly. Especially the advanced search, it acts funny and very slow. Poorly maintained and unsafe sailing vessels. The 43 foot catamaran had no working speedometer, any type of navagation equipment and the VHF radio was connected to a portable antenna with a range of .5 miles or less. The staff stated, concerning my complaint about the lack of any nav equipment, they would be more concerned about a captained that needed that equipment to sail in the BVI. Smelled hot plastic, and checked crockpot. Plastic was dripping from the bottom. checked to find a line melting in the plastic base. Opened up unit to find the element had fallen down on the plastic bottom and was melting it. There is only one clip holding the element wraps up on the side of the chassis and only one wrap was going through it.
