I signed up for the Vision Prepaid visa card and have had nothing but trouble ever since. They keep charing me point of sale decline fees of $2.95 even though my card did not decline. I had plenty of money on it and didn't receive any kind of error message of declination. The atm's dispensed my request and my purchases went through. When calling to question a network charge on my bill I found out that the plans had changed. Good news: my old plan had a Quebec block of Time $6.00 for unlimited calling plus a $6.95 network charge; The new Quebec unlimited calling plan was $0.00, plus the $6.95 network charge!!! The Customer Service representative actually admitted that the $0.00 plan was in effect since she was hired 6 months ago- In my opinion this is theft - they continued to charge for a non-existing plan. I was offered free detailing for my Mercury Mariner next time it was in for service. They called later that day saying the car was ready. I asked about the detailing, he said "what detailing?"?. I agree that the customer service is horrible at Christmas Central. The short, fat, guy who is always in the store I guess managing it is not nice at all and very rude.!! United Van Lines picked up furniture for a long distance move 5/21/11. Furniture was put into storage for a week. When it was delivered to our final destinationthe legs were broken off of an expensive buffet server.
