I just noticed my Fido bill and found a third party charge for $10 for the past two months. I called Fido but they told me that it was charged by a company called Two Way traffic and they couldn't get money for me and I should call Two way Traffic myself. However - I have found out this is a perfect growing grounds for marketers who want to put people on mailing lists. Is it normal or legal for a tree company to start charging you the minute they call you and are on their way and then talk to you for a half an hour once they arrive? Only when I asked the crew manager when to "start the clock" (as I was paying on an hourly basis) did he say the minute he called me from his truck which was over an hour earlier. I am extremely displeased with Fusion! I recently bought a 37" LCD TV from them and 2 months in it stopped working. I have called the customer support line and every time I call I get an automated message telling me that everyone is busy. I have left messages, just like they instruct, and I have yet to hear back from them. I thought since this was a new company they would at least have good customer service so they could actually compete with the more well known brands, but no.
