Geico should never use this company again.. I had nothing but problems taking the insurance 6 hour stupid course. The short sentence that I had to type for authorization of myself never worked.. This company called claiming to be our copier company. They stated that the cost of our toner was going up and they would sell us a case at the "old" price. They mailed one toner cartridge and invoiced us $587. I thought this was for the case and paid the invoice. A couple of days later they called and said they were getting ready to send out another cartridge and that they would invoice us. That's when I knew something was up. The Duct Doctor advertised a coupon for $25.95 to clean my air ducts in my house. Before I knew it it was up to almost $600 due to 'mold'. Not only was I taken on that I made the mistake of paying up front. They then missed 3 appts with no call. To receive a one hour service it took from 4/11/11 to 5/9/11. And their refund policy says that I am eligible for a refund if i have not downloaded anything. And I have not downloaded any videos from their website from the date of subscription. I was given the car freshener gels as a gift for my new Audi. So you can imagine my horror when i returned to my car to find what looked like gel ontop of my change holder above the gear stick.
