Shockingly, shockingly bad business! Sent a balloon to a 4 yr old for their birthday (and not a cheap one) but when it arrived it was deflated. The child's mum phoned up balloon king where she was abused by a woman and accused of deflating the balloon herself! She was asked to PROVE the balloon was deflated!?! Netflix advertises unlimited downloads of movies and other programs directly to your TV. However, the programs available for this are extremely limited. You can't even download most made-for-TV movies or documentaries. Additionally, the available bandwidth is pathetic. I can watch programs uninterrupted with my DSL Internet connection anytime except in the evening when usage is high. Then, you wind up waiting almost as much as watching. I had the great pleasure to speak with someone in your customer service, also with a supervisor, and pharmacist. However they have all been unwilling to help me get the medication that my daughter needs. My daughter is a type one diabetic on an insulin pump. Quantum Management condo management service is a terrible operation. It's basically a one woman operation, Honna Weaver, with a Polish immigrant as her assistant. They will cheat you out of your money and provide no service. They are deceitful and dangerous as they allow re-called water sprinklers to remain in your home for months. Freightquote.com is very dishonest, they give you a quote, pick up your freight, deliver the freight and then 2 weeks later change the price and say it is not thier problem the class was put in wrong and had to be changed and carrier they used went up on the price. Since 9:00am I have been trying to contact the Technical Support Team for the AT&T U-Verse High Speed Internet. I have to set up a NON att.net email address on my Microsoft Outlook and in order for me to be able to send out emails, I needed the correct smtp and ssl port numbers for it to work. They claim that they do trials. Yes, I was sent an email invitation to try their electronic cigarette for the price of 4.95, for shipping only. I did that and than two weeks later I was billed 99.95. My complaint is similar to all the rest. The police department referred my family after a relative died of a self inflicted gun shot wound. Yes, this is a messy job, and no family member is going to clean it! However, taking advantage of people traumatized by such an event is just the most sickening thing. I give this carrier a total and complete F- for its God-awful service, signal, and phone 'quality'. My contract with telus was over. and 1 month after my contract was done.. they took all the features off and started billing me for calls after 6pm... and they notified me that i should have been aware of that i would lose my evenings and weekends free option once my contract was done.
