AT&T advertises $14.95 for internet services for 12 months but CANNOT get their billing right! I have e-mailed them and phoned them. Every time, I get the same 'standard' response--it takes 2-3 billing cycles (which isn't, by the way, stated anywhere in their ads). This is ridiculous--I am into incorrect billing now for 10 months. I called Polycom customer support to ask about interop with other phones. Every other IP phone displays video immediately as soon as they receive it, but polycom phone have a delay of 3 seconds. This company charges a 25% restocking fee on canceled orders. I placed and order and canceled it 12 minutes after I placed the order and they billed me 31.87 restocking fee.
