I took my vehicle in to be serviced because it was pulling to the left when I applied the brakes. They performed all kinds of repairs on the vehicle that weren't needed. They first called me with one price to fix the vehicle, but when they were finished they had added another $80 to the bill without authorization, and they hadn't fixed the problem. When I went to pick up my car, they told me that it wasn't fixed and to bring it back. I was on a budget plan and they had $1200 of my money for the heating oil season and in January they let my oil tank run dry our house was freezing and they would not return my calls . I call another oil company and they called my back in ten minutes and helped me out.
