Horrible Company! They ruined my $800 rug by ripping the wool and puncturing holes in it. I gave them 3 chances to fix it. When I received the rug back each time I had to clean it and they never repaired it. I'm actually not sure what they supposedly repaired on it.It looked worse each time I got it back. I ordered Swiss Army fragrance last December as a gift for the New Year, got it in original, sealed box and when open it was a proximity of the original product. How do I know, because I'm using this product for the last 12 months and still have half a bottle from the original manufacturer. I am extremely dissappointed with the Trip Cancellation Policy of the Chase Sapphire card. I booked my honeymoon using the card because of its trip cancellation protection. I reserved 2 rental vehicles in Florida. In the confirmation email from skyscanner, the price for the rentals was higher by 50% than what I had reserved. I canceled the reservations within 7 days of making them. Also the cancellation was more 48 hours prior to the time I was to pick up the vehicles. According to their refund policy, this should have qualified me for a full refund. Instead, they kept $113 of my money! I sent them polite emails asking for their help. Never got a response.
