We ordered beams for our new addition and were told that they would be "finished" and ready to be put up by our contractor upon delivery. It would have been cheaper to cut the trees down in our backyard! Literally, logs were delivered completely unfinished - covered in bark, branches. There was no discount given after multiple calls.
