I would like to put a formal complaint against Atomic Shuttles in Christchurch. I was scheduled to travel with Atomic booked shuttle service for round trip transportation service to Lake Tekapo departing Feb 23, 2011 and returning Feb 24, 2011 through the ISite. Since December 2007, I have been trying to receive my $20 rebate from Bissell with no luck. I filled out the Bissell Rebate Form, attached my "original" receipt and cut out the UPC label from the box and mailed it all in. At the time of taking the airtal broadband connection in Jan, 2011, I didn't opt for Airtel PC Secure. Initially three months there was no problem with my billing but from the fourth month onwards when I received the Bill the PC Secure charges were added in my Bill. Affordable Seating promised 7 - 14 day delivery. I had to open on May 14th so I ordered on May 2nd. They said they could meet May 14th, then came back and said no, it would be June 9th. I told them it wasn't acceptable. I called every day and they gave me excuse after excuse. bed bath and beyond advertised a Jumbo Elite rolling cart both on line and in stores. after calling to confirm they had it in the northside store i went there. the sku cart that matched the sku number was a shoddy chinese knockoff. I bought the HTC Inspire 4g phone in April. I've had problems getting a good signal at my house since the beginning and it has gotten progressively worse. Now I keep getting voicemails indicating I missed a call when the phone doesn't even ring. It not only happens at home it happens everywhere. While at the office, while out showing property, etc... I got really suspicious of this site. They take your order and then email you a confirmation with a link to pay. Even though there is a PayPal icon on their website this is not given as an option. The customer service people reply quickly but were really pushing me to pay by their online credit card facility. Barry's Bootcamp includes a free trial period for 'VIP' web access. Although I cancelled within the trail period, they continued to charge the quarterly fee. The cancellation was completed through their website but their customer service representative insists they can't access the information. This is one of those situations where they run you in circles trying to stop the charges and you're left trying to prove that a service you didn't want in the first place was cancelled. Please BEWARE of this company. Not only were the floor installations botched and butchered, they were then ruined with irremovable glue/adhesive stains everywhere by these incompetents. This is a nightmare of a company to deal with. I have personal experience of buying a 12' tree from Balsam Hill at a cost of around $2000. The biggest mistake I made last year. Once you have bought your Christmas tree from them it all goes downhill from then on. Lights burn out and whole sections stop working.
