On 2/17/11, I was having s/s of my fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. I had to get to the post office before 5pm to pick up medication that had been shipped from my pharmacy an hour away. Don't buy a support contract from Frys. I live in Plano Texas and have had the worst experience of my life relative to support and service from a retailer. Seven service tickets in less then a year and they use every excuse and loophole to avoid taking responsibility. The most extreme example I have every had of incompetence and lack of concern. As far as escalating to someone with brains, forget about that too. You will buy license, then they will update ''version" and ofcourse new version are not compatible with old one(s) and you have to buy new licences. The sales people promised quality prime meat, 2 1/2 lbs of meat for 5+ days a week for 6 months, chicken, steak, fish, pork, chop meat. well I took a book back cause it ripped my pages on wire bound book and I did get the book from there I took my time finding receipt could not I think i recalled sending them to Trustee. Sears store in Nelson has a very poor customer service. The owner and the staff do not have a helpful attitude. It is more like "whatever, I do not care". We asked the owner of the store (manager) for an advertised product to be ordered (as they didn't have it in store) and he said he will place the order tomorrow, a s he is too busy that day.
