This is a new store at the Ontario Mills shopping center. I wanted to make a purchase but unfortunately, with 4 or 5 associates in the small store, there was only one person at the register. Well, there were actually 2, but both were processing one purchase. Neither acknowledged me standing there waiting with an, "Well be right with you" or a "Hi, how are you." I am a regular user of Airtel broadband and there has been a frequent disconnection of internet broadband for the last two weeks. The complaint numbers are 48696630, 48559272 and 48416764. All the complaints refers to the same issue. First two complaint got closed without the issue being resolved and nobody called me before doing so. I have requested several times to the account ex to speak to me to explain the bill, but to no avail. I bought a power miter saw from them and the guard was defective. The saw sat on a table and one day when I went to use it the guard just broke off into the saw blade. Now they want over $20 just to ship this $16 part to Alaska. I will continue to use the saw without the guard and if I ever cut myself using it I will own some of Sears. I ordered 16 placesettings of dinnerware on August 6. It is now December 1 and I am still waiting for the last three placesettings to arrive. I have contacted Macys.com over fifteen times. Each time they promise to look in to this and call me back but no one ever does. I often ask for a supervisor but they are either not available or also promise to call me back but never do. Fresh Direct has the worst customer service ever! Tuesday night before Thanksgiving I was home waiting for my order until 11:30pm. Brinkerhoff's were the only appliance company in the area that claimed they had both parts in stock. I verified the part numbers to be sure. My husband made a purchase and was given 4 $5.00 off cards that he was told could be used on one purchase. But really, there were "hidden deals"...only one per $20 purchase with most things excluded. We hired Holman Moving System to empty our two portable storage units and deliver all items to our home about an hour and a half away.
