I ordered a copy of an instruction manual for an older Singer brand serger. It costs just over $20.00 with shipping and handling. The copy is of such low quality that I'm sending it back. It's useless because the illustrations copied so dark that no detail can be seen. Im absolutely furious with at&t. my daughter has the phone bill in her name. A few times I have paid the bill 4 her using my credit card. This company claims to build custom homes. The thing is you don't get to choose what you want because " it's not in the budget". A 150, 000 home, 1425 sq. ft. no fire place, step you can purchase at a trailer supply place, no garage or landscaping. Watch out for Bay Alarm! We purchased an alarm system from them after we were burglarized and they used double sided tape on rough sawn lumber to mount the door transmitter. This resulted in another successful burglary at our house where they removed the door transmitter with a putty knife and duct tape. The alarm didn’t go off because the transmitter was taped together by the burglars. Called and ordered Montels Health Master, sounded good, but the next day we looked on line and they charged us for 2 of them they were not the same price one had $30.00 warranties the other was $19.99 for the warranties which we didn't want the prices for the unit them selves were different 1 was $199, 96 the other was $159.00 one had $19.99 S&H the other had $29.98. Very poor customer service. They talk over you while you are trying to talk to them. They do not go along with the customer. What happened to the customer is always right. They will not try to work with you. Would rather argue with you instead of just trying to give better cusomer service. We have only had this dishwasher since August and this is the second time it has gone out. The first time the tech ordered the wrong part. They don't even carry the parts. They have to have them delivered to the customers home. On August 18, 2008, I signed a five year contract with Direct Energy. Before that I was with Hydro Ottawa. Since signing contract with DE, I am now been charged double what I used to pay with HO. I hired JEC Remodeling to lay flooring, install a new sink and paint a bedroom and got cheated out of money and quality. The job was to take a week and ended up taking two because Juan was on the phone nonstop with his parents. The invoices were paid on a regular bases until the job was complete and ARW moved out of town. At that time they stopped all payments and communications with Lackey Enterprises. They do horrible work. When they cut your grass they miss sooo many spots. They trim bushes and weeds with it--instead of pulling the weeds away from the roots of the bushes. It looks horrible. I've been very disappointed with the lack of robust design on my 42" ZTR mower. Twice in a 3 year period the idler pulley for the deck drive has worn on it's pivot pin causing the belt to jump off the pulleys. I gave up on their design and put in an added support for it but shouldn't have to on a mower at his price point. I now have an issue where the right hand drive has no power and is causing a driving issue. Just shouldn't happen. It gets annual maintenance, is low hours and has an easy ride. Has anyone ever gone the the BGH and waited 8 hours to be seen? How about waited A hour just to tell the front desk why your there? Why I'll never buy anything from Sears again: the door to my stand alone freezer collects moisture in the winter and the repair service agreed to fix it. They then sent the incorrect door for this freezer 4 times, each time necessitating my taking time off from work to be present for the repair.
