Kings Plaza iYycs the worst place to live, the people in th rental office are rude, inconsiderate and of absolutely no help, they harrass people for petty things and when you have any issues you have to complain continuosly before anything is done about it, also don't plan on having any overnight guests because they are only allowed to park in the parking deck for two hours and after that they have to find parking on the street where they will get towed. This company is selling defective mattresses. I went through 3 Sealy mattress, two of which were determined by Sealy and US Mattress to be defective. All 3 beds were different models but all felt the same. I spent almost $1000 for a mattress that feels like cheap foam. I would say it's Sealy but my previous mattress was a Sealy and two friends just bought a Sealy from another company and the beds were very good quality. Went to Mattress Mall on Federal Hwy in Oakland Park. Bought mattress, salesman didn't want to write model name on the invoice - good thing I insisted. Morning of delivery they call to say there was a leak in the warehouse and the last one in stock got wet (aren't they wrapped in plastic ?). I say then void the transaction. They say no refunds, I can drive back (30 miles) and pick out something else. I say no refund or cancel order. It is not a return if I didn't get anything in the first place. Alot of promises, very few fulfilled. Crews never showed up for work, company and crews always left a big mess for me to clean up. Always some excuse or reason why. We hired 24 Hour Plumbing to look into small gas leak. There was a small leak in a tiny 90 degree elbow, they informed us specifically we do not need a permit. THEY WERE WRONG. we have been without heat and hot water for 3 days with a small child. Now the gas company will not turn on the gas without an inspection. 24 hour plumbing is blaming us for the permit and saying we refused it. I purchased all 15 windows & doors with matching sidelites and I was told that my windows were a retrofit pocket installation and they were to reuse my existing trim and everything would be fully insulated guaranteed. This actually needs to go to Sears they OWN A & E repair I had call to have a washer repaired. I explained what was wrong and they sent a repair man... needless to say he said it was fine and either there was a clog in the drainage pipe. The furniture is NOT leather. 3 months after purchasing furniture it was peeling and falling apart. A repairman has been out 4 times for the same thing. Tom Cornine the owner sent carpet installers that were doing drus in my bathroom during installation. It took days and they left my house a mess. Purchased a black cedar "hope" chest. it was a sealed undamaged carton. I took possesion as is. it was loaded in my explorer and I took it home. When I unloaded it and removed carton, I found a piece of trim lying lose in carton, the lock assembly was lose inside chest and the seal was bent in. Additional there was scratches on surface. The chest obviously left the factory in this damaged condition. it was intended to be a Christmas present and now must be reordered. Purchased a bed that is supposed to fit a standard king size mattress. It is about 1/2 inch shy of fitting the mattress. I can't shove it in. This company won't take the bed back. In the recent past we've had good luck with the plumbing crew from Aspect Maintenance. However, we didn't have such good fortune with their gas heater work. The guy changed the circuit board that is supposed to regulate the heat, but instead of doing that, it just starts and stops all the time independent of setting making it impossible to get a decent hot shower or to bathe our toddler unless we're lucky enough to catch it at the right time. Contacted company for an in-home estimate on laminate flooring and ceramic tile. Salesman claimed that he didn't know the thickness of their laminate flooring. Our contract was to expire in July 2009. In June, due to the system kicking into an annoying beep in the middle of the night, and otherwise sitting useless in the "Error" code (apparently, that meant no communication from the system in our house to the monitoring service), we called ADT to cancel the service and step us through manual disconnection of the beeping system. Called Fagnelli Plumbing to my house a couple weeks before Christmas. I had a few jobs (2 leaky faucets, toilet runs occasionally) that I wanted to have fixed before our holiday company came to town. They totally tried to rip me off with a price that was out of this world! I’m not sure how they came up with it (maybe I was paying for someones Christmas!)
