2 weeks ago I ordered some cigars from Thompson and they never arrived. I asked their customer service people for a UPS tracking number and could not get an answer. I emailed their cyber support, customer service team and never got an answer. I guess I have no choice but to call Mastercard and have them reverse the charge. I love cigars and have no problems with Cigars International, Cigars.com or JR's Cigars, all of whom deliver their product within days. To my fellow cigar hounds, do yourselves a favor... avoid Thompson like the plague. read full review »

I have posted several complaints about the owner and her business. I took my labrador retriever into her shop for a bath and the dog looked like he was brushed with a hair dryer. His nails weren't even cut and he developed a ear infection from them getting water in his ears. The owner Jenny smells like she has been drinking all night. Her mother who also works in the salon looks like she has been joining her daughter in drinking also. These two owners are so rude to deal with and they are not friendly people. I received a letter Saturday, stated that in order to removing my account from collections, I must pay 51.55 for MCI Worldcom Wireless. I had Worldcom four years ago and received a letter stating that they were no longer doing wireless, and were bought out by MCI and I could chose to get one with them. I agree with the aforementioned complaints and am just as irate. I tried calling 3 times today and their automatic message is that the phones are down until December 22, 2008. I also received a confirmation of cancellation and immediately followed the instructions and have USPS receipts validating date of return. I canceled out of whatever they said I supposedly filled out online and they took unauthorized charges out of my bank account and caused an overdraft fee and are now saying that I supposedly filled out the forms and summited them and authorized them to take the money. (which I did not do) Now they are telling me that they are not responsible for the overdraft fee on my account and may not pay back what they took out of my account. I have NO IDEA how these people got my name etc., but when they contacted me to say that their rate was going up, I insisted they remove my name and cancel any subscription that they said I had. I purchased an HP computer in August, 2006. In October of this year the monitor began to blur and become wavy. At time it was not usable. I tried all trouble shooting suggestions that came with the computer. As a last resort I called tech support only to be told "sorry, it is 1 month out of warranty, can't do anything; guess you will have to buy a new one". Webtraffictonight.com is completely a scam. I was stupid to go for it and did not take sometime to do some research on the Company. I pay for the compo package lead which cost me $179.00. I received a Bottom Line Yearbook 2009 which I did not order. I e-mailed Bottom Line Books customer service stating I didn't order the book and I would not pay for it. I ask for a mailing label to return the book to them a month ago but have never received a reply from them. Today I received an invoice for $31.90 for the book. I certainly don't intend to pay it. Drum Halfzware shag rolling tobacco is perhaps the worst quality of its kind I have ever encountered. Besides its high price, I found this shag to be lumpy, full of seeds, stems, eyes and was poorly mixed. I can find no bright in it at all. I can tell its been mechanically dried. I had a Lia Sophia show almost two months ago. (on 9/20) My show was sapposed to close on 9/22. That date came and went and not a word from my advisor. I tried almost everyday to call her.
