'Scott' was rude and said I had to return the product and would still be charged $29.90 for restocking, even though it was used. I had received a check in the amount of $3, 998.00 to be a secret shopper for this company. I was to send 2 money grams out from 2 different locations each in the amount of $1, 700.00. I have been a customer for more than a year. I have never in my life had dealings with a company so dis-respectful to customers. I will never, ever deal with this company again. The company says you can try a trial for 4.95. In small print there is a terms and conditions outside the order form. Inside there after you hit click you see this small print and read its going to cost you additional 149.00. This is not a free sample as it states on their web page. I signed up for the survey program with this Home survey Workers business and in small print it indicated a charge of $2.95 which was not a big loss. I brought a 50 inch RCA television from Conn's back in Feb. 07. After having the TV for about 5months I began to have problems with it. The 1st problem was that the lamp to the TV went out, I called and had that replaced. Not even 4 months after having that replaced the TV began to power it self off and on. This company prominently displays BBB ad, and assures customers that their products are real - however, a recent purchase of a Fendi bag was a outright fake, no box included, no holograms or COA. The problem started in August 28, 2007 when I approved for a GE Money Bank credit card to purchase a Stearns and Foster Queen Plaza mattress from Sleepy's. A month and half later the mattress in the middle was sinking in, causing my back to hurt severely doing my pregnancy. My fiance' slept on it as well and it as well and his back began to hurt him. Our tickets were ordered in February and one week prior to the date we contacted them. We were informed each day via the website that they were going to ship the next day. This changed each day. We were never informed there was an issue. 1 day prior to our event after 20 different phone calls, holds, hang-ups we were finally told that our row D tickets were not available. Trusty Transport was hired to move my car from Caldwell, Texas to Sherrills Ford, NC. They were to contact me (per their correspondence) when the vehicle was picked up and then again when the driver was ready to deliver (usually 12 - 24 hrs notice per their correspondence). They responded and advised me to google the name of the co. and(for me) to ask them for a refund. Way to go First Citizens, big help. I used a company called thesignbandits.com (FL) - paid $305.00 that claims he can 'put out signs in 48 states'. He did not put out the signs, wont return calls or emails and does not answer his phone. Yet I see he (Greg from the sign bandits) is still posting all over message boards as recently as Monday and trying to bait people into his 'service'.
