I ordered a Roketa 250 cc scooter, last August 30th from Mxmotorsports, they were very quick in taking my money but all I got is a scooter that has the handle bars welded wrong (when you hold it straight the front tire point to the right) and it does not start. After numerous calls and emails to Rick (customer service person) I realized that I was not going to get any help from them like they promise to do. Do not place orders with cigarettesexpress.com!! I placed an order on October 3, 2008 and have yet to receive the product. They do not answer or return phone calls or respond to emails. As they take only electronic bank checks, I checked and my bank check was processed on October 7th and they have received payment - still no delivery! I have used Cigarettes Express for a couple of years with no problem. Orders were taken on line and delivery was prompt. Now, it would appear that they are running a fraudulent business. My husband ordered a golf bad from Caddyrack in October 2007. We were billed for the bag and received it. In March 2008, Caddyrack posted a charge on our credit card for the same amount that we were charged in October. On 10/26/2008 I filed a claim with Asurion for a Nextel mobile phone that I lost. I was assured that the phone was in stock and would be shipped on promptly. Do not use this company! Unique Landscaping had nothing but excuses to offer after they tore up my lawn and planted bushes that promptly died. The contract I signed last September was for landscaping, rip up of front lawn and reseed, and a guarantee for one full year on all plants used. This company is not very responsible. I placed an order for an item that was stated as being in stock at the time I placed the order. It was to be shipped with in 5-7 business days. After two weeks I contacted customer service via email. I was informed that the item was on backorder and that my credit card would not be charged until the item was ready for shipment. I was given a new shipment date. I cancelled the order since it was going to be 2 more weeks! My parents were the unlucky recipients of one of these post cards and without checking the BBB or any other resource, they spent $5, 000 on a membership with Royal Palm Vacations. So many promises and not a single one delivered.
