I had ordered flowers online from ProFlowers aka 800 ProFlowers. Recently I checked my bank account, just to check on it, and noticed a 14.95 charge from Easy Saver. Apparently when you enter your email address somewhere it gives you a free 30 day trial then gets your Credit Card info FROM ProFlowers!! and starts charging your account!! How crazy!? I ordered the GT Express 101 from the infomercial on TV. When I hung up the phone, I knew I had made a mistake. I was kept on the phone approx. 10 minutes by a recording. You will never talk to a real person. The whole transaction takes place with a recording. They give you a high pressure sales pitch and you are not able to ask questions. My husband and I bought a select comfort bed in 1998. The bed was fine for about a year or two then it started to have problems keeping air in the chambers especially my husbands side. The center began to sink leaving no support. Trying to pump more air into it did not help the matter at all. Now both sides are sinking in the middle.We bought two pumps, the second one was refurbished costing 120.00. still problems. These beds are not cheap ours cost about 1500 dollars.We have a multitude of back problems that are costing us money, their customer service people are extremely rude they are ripping people off bigtime. I recently registered on a site called "FAST DIRECT DOWNLOAD" with a friend's credit card. I was told to register for usd 5, after paying, I received an e-mail saying it was for a THREE DAY TRIAL. I sent them several e-mails to complain, but received no response from them. Two days ago, they charged the credit card usd 39 again and they said I have to cancel. Our dream turned into a nightmare with Janks Construction. After two years in arbitration, which we won, we learned that Janks used an illegal contract, took a much bigger deposit than allowed by law, used unlicensed sub contractors, breached the illegal contract, and did work that in multiple areas failed to meet building codes. I had a student loan in collections, for a little over $1, 200. OSI contacted me and said if I get on their 9 month program (paying $50 a month), the loan will go back to the original creditor to repay the rest of the balance. And would be removed from my credit report. Well, I did the 9 month program. Waiting to get a letter from the original creditor (WFS), I received a letter from another collection agency, ACS, wanting the balance in full!
