This organization is using the Federal Telecommunications Regulations to submit billings for un-requested services to individuals through their regular telephone company bills. The bill indicated a billed item, "Your Product Bill". My local phone company did reverse the charge so I did not get taken but there are a lot of people out there that do not check their monthly phone bills and have them automatically paid from their bank accounts. I was contacted this morning saying that my husband was approved for a 5000.00 dollar loan by terry wilson. All I had to have was a fax number to send me the contract. I asked if he could send it to my email address and he told me no. I have purchased a Gateway computer in 2006 with a 48 hour guarantee onsite servicerepair maintenance for 3 years which I paid extra for it. Some time in Feb 25, 2008, my computer crashed. I joined the Biz Builder coop at Level 3 ($99 reg plus $99 a month membership fee). I ordered $4,000 of product any was told they would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. I waited, but no products. So I called and was told they still hadn't left China, and I needed to wait another month. Next month same thing. The only thing you can count on this company to do is take the monthly fee. I found a digital camera online that was hard to find elsewhere. Placed an order, received a tracking # that never worked so i called the company and they said that it was back ordered and that they had no idea when it would be available, but that they hadn't charged my credit card yet. One number listed belongs to a very nice man. He said he has received numerous calls and he was told to tell callers to call the FBI and talk to someone in the commercial crime division. represented themselves as being related to my dealership -- called several times to sell me an extended warranty, telling me that my warranty had expired. It turned out they were in no way related to my dealership, and that in fact my warranty had not expired.
