On 27 Feb 08 our order for the product we ordered was supposedly processed. It was suppose to take 14 - 21 days for delivery. As of this date, 5 Apr 08, we have not received it. We have sent several e-mails but no response has been received. I have called several times but the phone just rings, no answer. I feel this is nothing more than an e-mail scam. I have emailed Garage Door Supply directly, through their website as well as called them but their phone appears to be disconnected number. SC Parts took my bank card details and charged my card for the goods I ordered. They promised delivery next day and indeed I paid for the next day service. I never received the goods from SC Parts and now I have lost over £2000 and having to go to court to recover this. I have heard the same stories now from many people who dealt with SC parts group. $34.95 was just debited from my account on Oct. 10, 2008. I have no idea who MB Hot Planet is, so I called the 1-866-572-1111 number that I saw along with the debit. A woman answered, and I told her that I have never purchased anything from this company, and that I demand a refund. She said she would take care of it and also mentioned that it was a subscription that she would cancel immediately. My $34.95 would be refunded in 7-10 business days. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for a long time to cancel this product and the AcaiPure product. I can't use because of my medical situation. I talked to my Dr. and he would have to go through everything that's in these products to compare them with the medications I am on and he said Don't take. I am sorry. I had two domains still registered at RegisterFly.com but they were actually listed with eNom. I tried to renew both for 5 years each, but because of a lock at eNom, RegisterFly was unable to transfer the domains over and renew them. Rather than refund me the $108 I paid for two 5 year renewals, they refunded $9.99 for each domain and told me I had to use the remaining balance on their other products and services.
