	brian smith January 14, 2009 cant cancel shipment i ordered a free sample of acaiberry and now they keep sending me this product and i cant cancel because they leave no phone number and only an address.
	December 4, 2008 Refund I ordered this produc t for $l.87 and then I got billed for $74.76. This is not right. I want a refund in the amount of $74.76 immediately so that my credit will be ruined by false advertisement on your part.
	November 22, 2008 Unauthorized charges I ordered this product on a test trial only and charges were posted to my credit card for $78.33. I want my money back along with additional charges posted to my credit card for me to cancel this product.
	November 7, 2008 Sent NON ordered items I ordered a trial sample of 20 capsules and agreed to pay only the shipping of $4.95. I received the bottle without any paper work with it. Five days later I received a 60 capsule bottle without any paperwork with it. They are charging my credit card without my approval.
	November 6, 2008 Unauthorised credit card charges I only authorized the use of my charge card for the initial free sample and the company does not provide a packing slip with contact information to cancel. I am returning two un-opend bottles to obtain credit to my account and requested to cancel at the same time.
	November 3, 2008 ordered free sample now have every month shipments charged to credit charge I ordered a free sample of AcaiBerry paying for shipping only now i am shipped and charged 74.95 plus 5.95 shipping.I DO NOT WANT THIS PRODUCT. I want to send back this product and get a refund to my credit card.
	October 30, 2008 Cancel and Credit Cancel my order ans issue credit to my Amer Ex account for the following companies Temperformanceprod REF#34384480 Broomfield Perf REF#34405789 and 34621177. I will notify Amer Ex to work on my behalf to get this resolved I have two e-mail addresses [email protected] [email protected]

	October 10, 2008 Unable to cancel Product I have been trying to cancel this product. I order the free trial and a few day later my credit card was charged. $79.99 for a monthly supply. I have been unable the contact the company to cancel the monthly charges.
	October 4, 2008 didnt order Did not order, do not want. Will contact credit card co. about fraud
