These people are ridiculous! It has taken about 10-15 phone calls over a 3 week period (and still counting) to try and get my TV repaired. It seems this is one of Best Buy's repair companies for electronics in the DC area. The problem is they don't answer the phones. and they always need to check with someone and call you back. This agency calls me repeatedly, 10-15 times in a row, before 7:30 AM most morning. On 12-15-2008 I received a call at my office. The individual, a male with a foreign accent, left a message on my voicemail (which I saved) reciting my full name, full address, and full SSN. I am being harassed at work by United Collections. The person calls me several times in a period of 15 minutes and each time I have told him not to call me at work. He has even contacted my supervisor telling him what he is calling about. I travelled from US to India on Kuwait Airlines and my baggage was lost and it's been 13 days till now and I still do not know the status of my bag.
