I also have experienced dealing with Resorts International Marketing. After upgrading our membership for the 3rd time to a 2 bedroom suite/Master suite with a perpetual deed at the Royal Sunset, I was talked into paying the the $549 so they could rent out 3 out of our 4 weeks. Was contacted in Oct by MyPartD USA and they suggested Todays Options as a medicare pay for fee service for our Medicare. So we signed up. I cannot get customer service to do anything they say they will do, They have not paid for any claims and they assured us that we were covered. They have not even sent a card and they told me they would three different times. They won't even reset my password for my online account. They transfer me to the nurse to have her reset it. I have been charged for supplements not ordered. I ordered a sample and I have been charged incorrectly. I have contacted my bank and have filed the appropriate dispute paperwork for unauthorized charges taken from my checking account. I have since canceled my debit card to prevent additional charges. I called the wuyi customer rep to be refunded. I had no problem there. They returned my money to my account. The custotomer service rep also reassured me that there would be no further charges. A sepperate incident involved sending a email to a company and when they didn't respond I went thru my bank. My bank posted the money to my account with a conditional understanding that they would take the money back if when they asked for my refund and didn't get the money that I would return the money to the bank. On April 22, 2006 I ordered an Easton Stealth CNT -5 Senior League Baseball Bat which was received in the first week of May and billed to my credit card on May 2, 2006. Ordered two sets of DVDs from this company online. Their website claims that all their DVDs play on Region 1 DVD players (USA). Received the package from China. No return address, unless I can find someone who reads Chinese. One of the sets I bought does not play on my Region 1 player. When I emailed them, they replied that the DVDs would play on any player. My husband has a CitiFinancial loan. Our daughter was recently diagnosed with a Brain Tumor. We were at the hospital for over 2 months and stayed current with them. After 7 long months of dealing with several people at BC/BS, I have come to the conclusion they are just about worthless as a provider anymore. It didn't use to be the case. They advertise one rate and after you have purchased credit they charge you at a higher rate. They deliberately do not provide statements in order that you do not realize the charge rate. They make many promises that they do not keep. Even more worse news – their sales team pester you on a very regular basis to purchase more credit. Take note you will be disturbed at all times even if you have a large credit balance. I ended up paying £100 worth of credit which was charged at 3 times the rate they advertised (I was sucked into £100 when I only wanted to try them out with £10). In November '08 my family purchased a "tiny teacup poodle" from Velvet Touch Kennels. When we talked with the breeder, Janet Bordelon, she explained to us that the smaller the poodle was at maturity, the more expensive the purchase price would be. Was not informed of this before putting $1.97 on my credit card. Tried to cancel on line immediately and asked them not to proccess my credit card.
