They advertise one rate and after you have purchased credit they charge you at a higher rate. They deliberately do not provide statements in order that you do not realize the charge rate. They make many promises that they do not keep. Even more worse news – their sales team pester you on a very regular basis to purchase more credit. Take note you will be disturbed at all times even if you have a large credit balance. I ended up paying £100 worth of credit which was charged at 3 times the rate they advertised (I was sucked into £100 when I only wanted to try them out with £10). Please avoid this company.
