Could not reach them to cancel order for days and days. Now being charged $78.84 and $88.62. In order to credit they want phone records of when I called from my cell, phone and place of business. I explain when they did ans. that they either hung up for put on hold for over 45 minutes. Told not their problem and a supervisor would call me back. My modem was run out of order by 15 Dec, 2007 and i tried call complaint service and i was told Saturday is not working day as service industry as streamyx providing 24 hr /7 days a week. Advance resorts of America Potlatch resort Laconner, Washington. At first look everything seemed good. Outdoor park tidy although seemed to have many puddles of water around campsites. The recreation room and showers are terrible. There is no handicap access to the weight room that I could find, the swim pool downstairs was nice, there are two hot tubs. I went to have my car washed on Saturday 2/7/2009, I didn't notice until after I had left the car wash that a less than satisfactory job was done. We recently purchased a boxer puppy from Rhyan King of South Fork Boxers and discovered she was sold to us when she already had an infection. We took her to the vet as soon as possible and they told us she had kennel cough. By that point, our other boxer had already gotten sick. This company has called many, many times over a bill that they say I owe to Verizon Telecom dating back to 9/18/2001. This alleged bill has never been posted on my credit report. I have not heard from Verizon at all in nearly 7 years. As per their letter dated 2/19/2008 I have disputed their claim. Real Arcade, after you purchase there games. They download your game, you play the demo, then if you like the game, you pay for with your credit card. No problem with that, its after you've played the game for a certain amount of time they take the game back. Unfortunately we did purchase Blueegreen Resort points. We have never got to use them. We were also told that they would sell our other time shares through a place called Pinnacle. We were told that they just worked exclusively on time share reselling. What they don't tell us, is that it is listed on the internet and no human ever calls or tries to contact you, or tries to help sell your timeshare. Beware all of you. I purchased and downloaded an article on line from Barton Publishing for $19.95, and found a $1 charge from welwatch on the same monthly statement. I did not really pay attention and then found that for the next two months I received a $29.95 charge from Welwatch. I have advised my Credit Card Co that these charges were not authorized and I received no service. Obviuolsy somewhere in the small print for Barton they have a hooker that signs you up. They do not cary the brands that they say they do. They will do ANYTHING to get you to sign a contract with them, which then they sell to a collection agency. They will lie to you about getting out of the contract, or that you can, because they won't let you out. Cancel them with your credit card company is the only way to get your money back.
