I turned in a claim on 06/25/2010 regarding my dryer making horrendous grinding sounds. A local service technician came out on 07/02/2010 and said the main bearing assembly was shot and needed to be replaced. On 07/16/2010, I called the local technician and asked about the status of the parts ordered. He said that he had not received them, and asked me to call Lowe's. I had a contract with sds of America for a new roof, it took three months to start the job and several abusive phone calls from Jim Kennedy the owner of the company, complaining he didn't get enough money to start the job as people rob him and his wife was dieting. Three months of weathering storms without even a cover over original damage. This Company is very unprofessional and has poor patient care. The assistants walk in and out of each patient area, joking and laughing with each other which was very unprofessional and erased any feeling of privacy. At one follow up visit my husband had burns around his mouth where they had tried to clean off the mess from taking an impression. I had dental work done on February 18, 2009. The claims were mailed. Today is April 27, 2009 and I still have not been reimbursted. It's as if this insurance company could care less about reimbursting their clients. When I called to check on the status of my claims, I'm always told, more paperwork is needed from the dentist. If you've had a cavity wall filling done by this company, you might want them to come back and double check they did the work. They did the work just over a year ago, but due to a problem they came back and check with a camera and found that there was very little filling. When they re-did the filling and they used as much as a complete new cavity wall filling would take. read full review »

I bought a wine cooler from House of Fraser that arrived today, to give to my husband next Tuesday as a birthday present. Two really bad things happened: 1) the door came broken 2) their website stated the colour is stainless steel, and I got a black one. They refused to come collect the item back and give me a new one. On 11.07.2009 I called Nedbank Insurance to register a claim for a leak underneath our house (that is what it looks like to me anyway) Claim ref: NED0952796. There would be an access payment of R1000.00 to be paid to the plumer. I paid it. The insurance told me that the plumer needs to do a leak detection test. After 2nd try and still taking me back to the personal info page(now blank), I called the 800#. When I reach someone(it sounded like the Philipines) she couldn't see my information using my last 4 #s of my SS. Let me start by saying I spent 2 hours and 13 minutes on the phone with Century Link this afternoon. My internet connection had seemed slow lately. I opened a chat with their customer service who had me run a speed test. I was at like 223 download and 120 upload. The rep advised me to do a reset of the modem and power it down. I did that and reconnected with a rep who said I just needed to call technical services. So I did that which began the 2hrs and 13 minutes. Do not do business with these scumbags. They sold me what was supposed to be a completely rebuilt engine. Come to find out nothing was rebuilt. The engine would not inject oil and I found out that it was the two nylon gear that drives the oil pump was never replaced and never worked the day I bought it. They refused to do anything about it. I have just learned that this company has been shut down. We have a contract with them and I need my washing machine repaired. Now I can't call them, contact them on their website. What to do. We bought a 3 year contract from them and were told we would receive a $50 gift card from Home Depot and have never received it...that was almost 3 years ago. I cannot recommend doing business with these people. They don't seem to know how to handle a simple order. On June 2 I ordered new road cases for my Mesa amp rig. Case for head and case for speaker cabinet. Gave them exact size specs. Was told it would take 7 business days. There was delay after delay. I have had it replaced at least 4 times and have been treated extremely rude by customer service. They said I can upgrade for $40 more a month. I purchased a ticket online from Johannesburg to LOndon via Cairo. I went via Cairo to see the pyramids on the way and break my flight. I then paid $231.00 to change the date of my flight. The same thing happened to me! I was surfing online for a loan, then suddenly, a debit of $49.98 was posted on my account. I called the number that my bank gave me and the person I spoke with explained that it was a membership that I agreed upon when applying for a loan. Maybe I forgot to read the terms & conditions properly. So I asked the person to cancel whatever this is and refund my money.
