THey had a machine that took your order and I wanted 2 pillows for $20 and after I gave my credit card info they said my bill was $96 and hung up. There was nothing I could do to change it and when I went to the website you can't call them or see your order to change it or anything. I got a call from one or their sales guys, I told him right off i was 'NOT' interested and they were not on our vendor list due to no product libality insurance being file. My problem is with the Scooter Store, Sacramento Service Center. In November' '03 The Scooter Store delivered a power wheel chair (Jet 2)to my residence. I checked into my condo that I rented on February 20th, 2009. Upon checking in, apparently the previous renters needed a crib and it was still in the unit. I called and asked to have it removed. This campground had construction going on the complete time that we were there. We were not told when making the reservation. We had to listen to big trucks and noise the complete time that we were there. You couldn't hear the television even when you could get a station or hear yourself talk. Do not trust these people. I was told I could make payments on dentures and then told several weeks later after making a down payment that they had changed their policies and I must pay in cash up front. I was then told that I would have to make my appointments one at a time, no preschedueling, and wait six weeks between appointments. No thanks. Now they won't give me a refund. I was involved in a car accident, not my fault, the other person is insured by Budget. I, having no insurance, (yes, stupid I know, live and learn) am making a third party claim against Budget. I have confirmed with Standard bank and Sterling that this account has been settled. This account was never handed over to MBD, but was settled with Sterling. What does MBD have to do with it?
