This company has a very poor return policy and their customer service department ranks as one of the lowest I have come across. All communication is conducted without names and they will not let you talk to speak with anyone. I would not recommend this company and would ask anyone looking to by snow chains for their car/SUV to look somewhere else. SCC Chains is a much better company to deal with (I spoke with them as well and they always seemed to be ready to help) and will give them my business in the future. I have had comwave for over 5 year had several occassions got worst customer service over 40 min hold time and issue never been resolved. I had an upper denture and lower partial made by Joe Vize. The upper denture was loose when he gave it to me. He couldn't tighted it so I went to Dentures 4 U and they relined it for me. :). My real complaint is with the lower partial. HE MOVED BY TEETH! The framework broke 3 times within one week and he and his wife had the nerve to yell at me it was all my fault! On March 31 2009 I ordered and paid $458 for a Dyson25 vaccum and I was told delivery would be in 10-14 days; after the 14 day time frame I called on many occasions and received several different stories the last stated that for some reason my vaccum had not been sent and would be sent that day (4/20/2009) and I would receive it by Friday., After much whining and cajoling on my part I was given a UPS tracking number that was invalid when I tried to track my delivery. I had called to set up an appointment after my mother-in-law said a girl where she works had her hair done at Headlines. She had gotten a brazilian blowout so I was calling to inquire about that and make an appointment for a cut and possibly a color. The house went into foreclosure after house was on the market over a year. Finally got a contract on the house to sell at full loan price, not a short sale. Sale was closed on October 20, 2009 and title company sent check to Bank of America. Bank of America cashed the check on 10/23/2009. The title company has a copy of cashed check, stamped by BOA. I bought a top of the line Sears Kenmore Oasis washer and dryer 7-31-06 and paid cash $#1684.64. We have had nothing but trouble! First, on December 17, 2007, the washer was splashing water over the basket because it needed a sub-tub ring. Sears Repair in Memphis sent out two repair men. They said, "Yep, you need a tub ring. I like the product but these commercials are terrible. You can almost feel the awkward pauses on the set as the actors try to deliver these terrible lines.
