I would like to noticed HP the world best brand, HP i have purchased a printer last month and when i have opened the item and try to print from the printer i have got some heavy noised from the printer and not printing i have immediately report to there service center and requited them to replace it, because it new printer but they said to me according to there policy they can't replace the printer only they are able to repair, again i gave the same printer to service center to repair after a couple of days i have got messenger on my mobile, your printer is ready to pickup, i have collected the item and as per them they changed some printer parts and it is in good working condition at last when i bring the printer and again try to print, same problems is there,
I called customer service and was put on hold for several minutes after that i have requested them to replace it bcz its a new not working printer and even there technician wasn't able to fix it ...get irritated from the hp service center and as per policy they are not able to change or replace its not fare, when u purchase some product expecting to fulfill your need and its not working from the starting and company is not ready to replace it ...
So i am really disappointed regarding there service and policy who doesn't care customer right and after sales service...
