They pretend to be soldiers, they tell you the money goes to help veterans and local VA hospitals. But no money is given, they keep the money for their organization's future goals. I have 4 VOIP accounts from them on 21st Jan a friday morning i tried to login and after multiple tries i could not. i needed it so i tried my other a/c for one of my family her's was also not login in.i tried 3rd it didn't log even. Their warranty appears great, 10 years replacement we were told if not satisfied but when you read the print under the tag at the end of the mattress it becomes clear. Depressions have to be 2" which is like a crater to sleep in. Ours appeared in 5 months after purchasing. Only 1 1/2" so too bad. Because it is a pillow top we can not flip, so now we have a mattress that is killing our backs. I wrote the president and the company but it has to be 2" or more. I won a Ford Escort on Ebay from a seller (goftman81) GUARANTEED AUTO INC. IN GA. which I paid him full before 7 days. He promised to send me all papers including title but never happened. After settling all of my IRS tax issues I am truly grateful. When I originally called I was getting garnished and levied. My employer said for me to call Titan Tax Relief and that was the best thing I could have done. I have a complaint about Farmers Insurance Group. I had an account with them two years ago. I canceled that account and zero my balance. Then a month later I received a bill for a new premium. This is now the second time I have taken my daughter to watch a movie, and have walked out feeling what a waste of money. I purchased a sim card from Call in Europe prior to a trip to Italy. I inserted the sim card and was given instructions to call a number to set-up the voice mail prompt. After being disconnected several times, and having to call back, I was finally able to get the voice mail activated. In total, I incurred "16 minutes" of airtime, according to the invoice I received from them, which the minutes are grossly inflated. I submitted my broker fee invoice to Royce Lewis for payment. I have yet to receive the money and he will not return my phone calls or email messages. They claim they have a recorded phone conversation of me agreeing to get a computer on November 22, 2010. I'm disabled and on a very limited income. With Christmas being next month there is no way in hell I agreed to that. After hours of frustrating phone calls my account was FINALLY cancelled. Every year I buy K-Mart Christmas decorations. But every year the outdoor, clear plastic, electric candy canes have to be bought because the peg you put in the ground always breaks. Usually I at least get them in the ground and they break getting them out, but this year they broke before I even got them in the ground. If these pegs are going to be made so very brittle, then they should come with more than one set of pegs. A year ago I purchased a new Viking Stove. Top of the line. After a year I used the self clean feature on the oven. The latch would not release after the cycle was completed. I called Viking and was told my warranty had expired. I called the appliance dealer. It was going to cost $400 to repair the self clean. I paid $5600 for this piece of crap. The flip-top cans are no help to us older folks with weak fingers. I have to pry up the tab with a blunt knife because my fingers aren't strong enough to pull it up. Then I have to use the knife to slide around the lid to release it for the same reason. Then I have to wash off the blood where I cut myself on the lid. And finally the can rib prevents me from getting quite a bit of the contents out unless I puncture the can's side with an old v-point can or bottle opener.
