called from ad thru Carerrebuilders.com and the number dialed was American Sales Network - spoke to a consultant and only paid the admin fee of $33.95 nothing else and recieved that eving at 6pm a list of job opportunities to apply for. When trying to apply I received the message "This listing is no longer available" so I checked all the listing the same. I am trying to call today, next business morning at 7am PST - 1-800-929-0091 (should be open from 6am-6pm PST) and get the recording that the are not avaialable. This company took $923 to list our timeshare for sale. We changed our minds. So we followed their instructions to send a certified letter within 5 days to get our refund back. We followed their instructions to the letter. We have called numerous times. We speak to girls that work there who say they are not in the refund dept. On our flight in business class from Denver (11:26am MT) to Atlanta on July 3, 2008 I was in seat 3F. The headphone jack was broken not allowing me access to music. I did not mention it to the flight attendant as I knew nothing could be done at that time anyway. We were already in the air. And it was my first time in First class! I've noticed loads of threads going up about Hostgator recently. The scam goes like this. They only charge $10 a month for 'unlimited domain hosting'. Problem is, they stick you on a server with 5000 other people, so your sites are for ****. BUY USED TRUST ME YOU'LL SAVE A LOT MORE MONEY. delivery is free but pickup will cost you $40 and late charges multiply by the day. so if your a week late there's a $7 fee, now if you are a week late with the power bill it's like $3 but that's the same if it's one week or two or three. Their is nothing to say these are fake uggs. Sent a pair to Germany and the postal police would not let my niece have them because they said they were FAKES. Told them to stop another order I had with them and they didn't. The web site looks like they are in the U.K. but the packing slip is all in Chinese with no return address. They failed to send out my payment statement until the week that it was due, so since I WORK for a living, I sat down to pay my bills at the end of the week and mailed it out, where they rec'd it 2 days late...2 days! These people sold my 75+ yr old father-in-law over $40, 000 in coins that are not worth close to what they charged him. They talked him into putting the charges on his credit cards. He then had to take out a mortgage on his home in order to pay off the cards. They charged him $4, 002 for a 1911 $10 Indian Gold with a rating of MS64. I work for a California county child support office and I have been receiving phone calls from this collection agency and previous ones for approximately 4 years. This is over a phone bill that is for someone I do not know and gave my office number as their contact number. I have explained several times and I guess they think I am lying.
